After looking through our Sailing Holiday Programme and making your selection, the next step is to call or email us to discuss availability.

Next you will need to complete our Booking Form which you can download HERE or click on the image below. Read the Terms and Conditions on Page 2 of the Booking Form and then complete the form using block capitals. It is important that you double check that all information has been written correctly in the appropriate fields. On the Booking Form you will have the opportunity to provide us with the contact details of someone who we can contact in an emergency.

Please send the fully completed form and deposit in the form of a cheque made payable to ‘Moonshadow Yacht Charter Ltd Clients Account’ to:

Upon receipt of the deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking. The balance of payment is due to be paid at least 45 days before departure. The exact date will be shown on your invoice.

Upon receipt of the balance we will send you joining instructions and any additional information as required.

Moonshadow Yacht Charter Ltd is a member of the Association of Scottish Yacht Charterers (www.asyc.co.uk) and as such is bound by the Association’s code of conduct. All booking fees are paid into a Clients Account and only released on completion of your sailing holiday.
