After looking through our Dates and Rates and making your selection, the next step is to call or email us to discuss availability. Next you will need to complete our Booking Form which you can download HERE or click on the image below. Read the Terms and Conditions on Page 2 of the Booking Form and then complete the form using block capitals. It is important that you double check that all information has been written correctly in the appropriate fields. On the Booking Form you will have the opportunity to provide us with the contact details of someone who we can contact in an emergency. Please send the fully completed form and deposit in the form of a cheque made payable to ‘Moonshadow Yacht Charter Ltd Clients Account’ to: Moonshadow Yacht Charter Ltd, You can also pay by Electronic Bank Transfer. Please contact us for details. Upon receipt of the deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking. The balance of payment is due to be paid at least 28 days before departure.
