Moonshadow’s layout provides an unrivalled degree of space, light and comfort for you to enjoy during your sailing holiday. The four twin guest cabins each have full sized bunks, with soft pillows, duvets to keep you snug and warm and private en suite facilities, including hot showers. There is ample shelving and locker space for personal gear and all cabins have deck hatches and port lights making them bright and well-ventilated.

The saloon is spacious and airy with the large table to starboard seating 10 comfortably. To port there is a smaller table with additional seating for guests to relax or perhaps select something from the ship’s library, well-stocked with both fiction and reference books on a variety of subjects, including Scotland, sailing, wildlife and food. The radio/CD/MP3 player can be played in both the saloon and cockpit and DVDs (or even photos or footage of the day’s sailing) can be viewed on the large flat screen TV.
We also carry a selection of board games.

Moving aft, you will find the navigation area where the chart table and sailing instruments are located. To starboard, the galley is equipped with gas and electric cooking, a large fridge and freezer and a dishwasher.
From the galley there is access to the engine room, which houses our auxiliary diesel engine. The crew quarters are situated towards the stern of the yacht.

During a sailing holiday in Scotland you are likely to experience the charms of the changeable Scottish weather, however, Moonshadow has air conditioning and warm air heating throughout, to ensure you are comfortable whatever the conditions outside.
